Hi! I'm Birgitte, I am a lover of travel, the ocean, dance, the arts, and work in mental health as a creative therapist.

I was living my best life abroad 8 years ago. Had a great job whilst studying, good friends and was dancing my heart out at every opportunity. Then I sustained a back injury, and everything stopped...

I entered a long dark period where I felt lost, stuck and in a negative loop mentally and physically.

Do you know what is at the core of your driving force? Once identified through following this 3 step process, I could attune my career goals, relationship goals, pretty much any life goal! YOU, will also get to the core of what matters to you to enable you to make a blueprint so that you can create more fulfilment, focus and purpose!

Looking back now, it took several years to break it all down into simple steps . It also took time to understand what gave rise to my unhappiness and what held me back in making a change.

In the end, I didn't have to look somewhere 'new' and this exploration didn't need to be difficult or complicated!

Applying this process enabled me to make positive changes in my life so that I could move towards my goals in line with my values e.g by getting clear on what I value and what I stand for I was able to better identify a study that was a good fit, I was able to better recognise and choose a work environment that supported this. In many areas of my life I was able to cut out the noise and clutter and unhealthy relationships. My communication style changed, talking more from what drives me versus what I do. Most importantly, after getting clear on my values I was able to effectively action/apply them. e.g kindness>action: not only being kind to others but also myself.

So, one of my goals since creating this practical guide, has been to reach out and to put your mind at ease.
